It’s the responsibility of a Junior HR to post requirements of the company for an open vacancy from time to time in a Job Portal site.
Sourcing potential candidates from (Social media i.e. LinkedIn, Naukri & other Portals etc.)
Screening the CVs of the candidates and taking telephonic or Face to face interviews of the candidates and once shortlisted then refer those candidates to a senior HR Team sitting at Angola.
Client shortlisting the Cvs coordinate & schedule the interview process according to the client.
Build and manage pipeline, clarify required job skills and competencies and use the best sourcing strategies and techniques for each job category.
Move candidates through the pipeline efficiently, minimizing unnecessary interviews and maximizing close rates.
Respond to emails from interested candidates coordinate scheduling with the team.
Identify, pre- screen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates at all levels.
Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across the organization.
Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to hit goals.
